1. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! If you're in College Station, you can select local pickup or delivery at checkout.

2. Do your products contain allergens?

Some of our treats may contain or be processed in facilities that handle peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, or gluten. 

3. How should I store my chocolate/candy?

All of our specialty chocolates and wafers must be stored in a cold, dry environment — ideally below 70°F (21°C). Because they can melt easily, especially in warmer climates, refrigeration or a temperature-controlled space is required.

Please avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. These products are not shelf-stable at room temperature in warm conditions.

4. Can I customize an order or make a bulk purchase?

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns. But if something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out—we’re happy to make it right.
